So I am pretty convinced Adriana is going to be famous, a genius and save the world. Call it a mother's dream but I think she's got something special.
Besides gymnastics, one of Ade's other loves is music. She loves singing, she loves dancing and she loves instruments. We have quite a collection of pianos for kids, keyboards, guitars, recorders, and harmonicas. All we need is a drum set. Ok, we don't need that. Really we don't. She would love it. Mommy not so much.
She has this piano that her Aunt Tara and Uncle Chad gave her for her birthday. It looks like a baby grand piano but has songs and recordings and a microphone. She gets on that thing and plays and sings, as loud as she possibly can. Each and every time we have to introduce her before a performance, which leads me to believe she is already thirsty for the spotlight.
We just need to get her over her pesky stage fright that occurs when anyone else but mommy and daddy and a few close family and friends are in the room.
Looking at that picture, do we ever comb her hair?
