Clyde and Ade-Partners in Crime

Here is the newest member of our family.  Clyde.  He is Adriana's new BFF.  Like best friends, they love each other and also have some big fights.  The puppy biting is a tad bit annoying to Ade and makes her quite mad, but once they get past that, they are friends again.  Clyde likes to be near her at all times as you can see by the picture.  He will lay by her feet.

He is a pretty good little dog.   The biting is really our big issue and we are working on it.  He is getting pretty good at realizing she is off limits, but sometimes he just can't help himself.

We call them our "kiddos".  I think Rob might think that Clyde counts as the 2nd child that I would evenutally like to add to our family.  He is quite imaginative.

More hats

Not sure what I am going to do when winter is over....I guess buy a lot of summer hats.

The duck and the Panda

Here are the last 2 presents that showed up.  She is still not quite sure about riding the duck, but she loves to give him hugs.  The giant panda sits at the top of our stairs and she gives him big hugs every morning and night.

1st Birthday

Well it finally happened, Adriana turned 1.  It was quite an event and I think between her birthday and Christmas she opened presents for about 6 days straight.  I think we have pretty much ever Elmo toy on the market as well as most toys for a 1 year old.  But she is loving it.  She has lots of choices now as to what to play with.  She is in heaven.  And a little spoiled.  We have yet to get back on track.

Above is the slideshow from her first birthday party.  The theme a movie night.  We got a lot of candy, popcorn and sugar for all the kids to eat.  I am sure there were some mad parents at us leaving that day.  All in all it went very well.

We took Ade to her 1 year appointment.  She is progressing great and still healthy and happy as can be.

I think she has gotten sassier since Monday but Rob thinks I am making it up.  She definitely is not afraid to let you know what she wants, via way of screaming at you or throwing a mini tantrum.  I can't wait for the terrible two's.
